Are ProCook's returns really this tricky? The vegetable peelers are decent, but that process was not worth it.

grabbed some new silicone tongs, really solid feel to them, especially for the price. was hoping for a student discount but seems like that's often for specific campaigns, not always on. still, a great alternative to Lakeland or Robert Dyas for induction-compatible stuff, even without a code this time.

Good knives, easy discount

Has anyone else tried ProCook? I was looking for some new chef knives and santoku knives and their selection looked really good online. I signed up for the newsletter and got a welcome discount, which was easy to apply in the basket. The knives are great quality for the price, really sharp. I do wish they had physical stores though, it's always nice to handle knives before buying. Definitely rivals places like Robert Dyas or Stellar for kitchen gear.

Good quality, but checkout is a faff

My new cast iron griddle pan is really good quality and I'm looking forward to using it a lot. I had to search around for care instructions, which was a bit annoying, and getting my student discount code to work in the basket was a real faff. Ended up taking about 10 minutes just to apply the 20% off. ProCook needs to sort that out.

Really impressed with ProCook so far

I've been looking for a good quality pizza stone for ages after my old one from Robert Dyas cracked, and ProCook came up quite a bit. I signed up for their newsletter and got 10% off my first order, which was easy to apply in the basket. Delivery was quick, arriving two days after ordering. The pizza stone feels really sturdy, much thicker than I expected, and made a huge difference to our homemade pizzas last night. I also picked up a couple of their silicone ladles, which are great for non-stick pans. I'm already eyeing up some of their Stellar pans to replace my old set. Overall, very happy.

The casserole feels weighty and good quality, just like the stainless steel saucepans I got last year. Shipping was standard, about a week, which is what I usually expect. Good to see the quality hasn't changed.
